With over 100 years of collective expertise in construction project management across all commercial asset classes, we’ve managed diverse portfolios of complex builds, including numerous $100+ million dollar projects for major national players. While working together on high-stakes, mission-critical projects, the TCG Leadership Team came to a realization. Despite the sprawling teams and multi-layered processes of large firms, the actual execution often came down to a handful of highly capable people.
