Together, they bring over 50 years of combined experience across commercial, industrial, healthcare, and agricultural construction, holding PMP, LEED AP, CAPM, and ICC Certified National Standard General Building Contractor credentials.
William C. Goodin
Will leads TCG's early-phase project strategy, guiding opportunities from concept through contract execution. He oversees client engagement, preconstruction coordination, and design-phase management to ensure every project is aligned with cost, schedule, and performance goals. With over 25 years of experience and his ICC Certified National Standard General Building Contractor (Class B) certification, Will integrates construction management with operational strategy. Prior to TCG, Will served as VP of the Project Management Office at Urban-Gro, Inc. (NASDAQ: UGRO) and founded multiple firms including REI Capital, BWI Capital, Rubix Group, FlexMOD, and GroAdvisor, completing hundreds of design-build projects across the USA and abroad.
Ben Merritt
Ben brings more than 18 years of operational and leadership experience to TCG, providing both strategic oversight and practical, day-to-day guidance that keeps the firm running with precision and efficiency. He provides executive oversight across all active projects, leveraging broad knowledge of delivery methods and construction management best practices. Nathan works with design teams, owners, and trade partners to ensure each project is constructible, efficient, and aligned with schedule and budget.
