What does an owner's representative do?
An owner representative is an independent advocate who protects the owner's budget, schedule, and quality, reviewing estimates, drawings, contractor selection, pay applications, and change orders on the owner's behalf.
How is owner's rep different from general contracting?
As an owner's rep, TCG represents only your interests and oversees the project team, rather than holding the trade contracts. We also offer full general contracting and construction management when you prefer.
How are owner's rep fees structured?
Owner's representative fees are usually a percentage of construction value, commonly 1 to 4 percent, or a fixed monthly fee, depending on scope and project size.
