Southeast Cold Storage Facility
In 2025, we delivered an 87,000 square foot cold storage warehouse, including the PEMB, in the Southeast, helping the client recover three weeks on the project schedule through expert sequencing and Professional Falk IMP installation.

Midwest Food Processing Plant
In 2025, at a 120,000 square foot design-build food production facility in the Midwest, our Metl-Span IMP install enabled the client to achieve USDA and FDA certification on first inspection, while also reducing construction costs compared to conventional multi-trade wall assemblies.

Northeast Pharmaceutical Cleanroom
In 2025, for a major pharmaceutical client in the Northeast, we installed 65,000 square feet of cleanroom PermaTherm IMPs designed to meet cGMP and ISO cleanroom standards. Our team coordinated closely with mechanical and process trades to ensure zero schedule conflicts. TCG also served as the Owner’s Rep on the project.

West Coast Manufacturing Facility
In 2024, at a 150,000 square foot manufacturing expansion on the West Coast, our Construction Management team’s efficient Kingspan IMP installers helped the owner achieve substantial energy savings through reduced HVAC loads, supporting long-term operational efficiency.
